"The Peruvian system of services and products sometimes differs to that in your home country. We strongly suggest you read the following carefully":

Travel Insurance:

We strongly advise you to get travel insurance that covers accidents, medical expenses and emergency repatriation, including rescue and air ambulance. We also recommend that it covers cancellations and loss of luggage. Please forward a copy/ policy number to our offices.

Sending your personal details for booking:

We need the following information:

- Full Name:
- Passport Number:
- Nationality:
- Date of birth:
Let us know if you have any special dietary requirements or medical conditions that we should know about.

Making a reservation - Deposit:

All reservations must be made by email at the minimum of 15 days before departure of the tour. With the 50% of deposit of the total cost of the tour. You can do the payment by:
- Western Union Money Transfer Company.
- Visa payment online + 8% visa charge.

Payment of final balance:

We require you to pay your final balance in our offices at least 48 hours prior to tour departure (please advise if you have any delays on arrival):
-You can pay your balance in cash and in US dollars or Peruvian Soles.
-You can also pay your balance for any of our tours (by Visa payment online + 8% visa charge) from home before leaving for Peru.

Cancelations:

Coya Tours must be notified of any changes or cancellations to your trip as soon as you are aware of them, via e-mail to info@coyatours.com.
Cancellations can be made up to 15 days before the departure of the tour and 50% will be given.
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the departure of the tour and 30% will be given.
Once final balance has been paid: We will not be able to refund your tour payment for cancellations.
